Aware of the environmental and societal impacts of the real estate sector, Gecina has set objectives and implemented ambitious corporate social responsibility (CSR) action plans as early as 2007. Responding to the expectations of its stakeholders, in particular clients, investors or elected officials, Gecina values its assets by controlling its costs and risks.
Building on the results achieved during the two 2008-2012 and 2012-2016 quadrennial plans, Gecina has integrated the climate trajectory (defined in 2016) into its new global CSR roadmap finalized in 2017.
