"On the corner of Avenue George V and Avenue des Champs-Elysées, opposite Fouquet’s, this fully redeveloped building offers an outstanding location for offices and retail units. Built in 1931, it was redeveloped in 1995 by Gecina and then in 2004 by Louis Vuitton Malletier, which has over 3,500 sq.m of store space on four levels, in addition to offices on the top floors. Opened in October 2005, this Louis Vuitton store is now the brand's largest store worldwide.

The building was built in 1931, redeveloped in 1995 and 2005/2006, making the various facades more consistent and creating a general art deco design, enhancing the architectural features: oriel windows, Hauteville stone. The facade is listed. "

Velum also has two suspended gardens, a landscaped garden at the heart of the block, 1,500 sq.m of planted roof space, a water collection tank for watering its green spaces and 70 sq.m of solar panels.

This office complex, made up of three buildings, has benefited from a major redevelopment program, designed by the architects Lobjoy & Bouvier Associés. The building on Avenue Charles de Gaulle has been completely demolished then rebuilt, while the two courtyard-side buildings have seen extensive redevelopments.

The three buildings are connected with a transversal building based on a purely timber structure, like an internal walkway offering shelter, while fostering communication between users.

"This complex, with nearly 8,000 sq.m of space, offers an outstanding location at the heart of Plaine Monceau, in Paris’ 8th arrondissement. Delivered in July 2012, Magistère’s redevelopment was led by architect Anthony Bechu. The project involved the renovation of a private mansion from 1860 and the reconstruction of an adjacent new building.

The quality features of this building, LEED Gold, HQE® and THPE certified, will be combined with the user’s environmental approach to target HQE® In Use certification. The building has been let to a consulting firm under a 12-year green lease, with a firm nine-year period, from July 1, 2013.

The success of this operation, representing a 79 million euro investment‚ with a net yield of 7.3%, confirms Gecina’s portfolio management strategy and its expertise in sustainably greening and adding lasting value to its properties. "
